The event is designed as a unifying, respectful event, and as a gracious action of visual public art too, which is why we are hosting a candlelight ceremony for the conclusion of the gathering.
It is encouraged that people from each community, union, religion, occupation, tribe or organization to clearly state where they are from, IE city, town, municipality or region.
This will visually show our depth and diversity so people can see we are people from all walks of life. If you are able, please bring a sign on a 7 or 8 foot pole, 2×2, 2×3 etc to place it above peoples’ heads clearly visible where they are from, plus the bottom of the pole can rest on the ground making it much easier to hold. Canadian and BC flags are, of course, also welcome. We are discouraging banners that are insulting or crude. This is not a place for political parties to set up tents or wave banners. Humour is absolutely welcome 🙂
We are gathering to honour the Nuremberg Code’s 10 medial principles, and our Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Former premier of Newfoundland, Brian Peckford, the only premier still alive to day that helped to craft the charter document, will be one of the honoured speakers. A number of doctors have been invited, including Dr Daniel Nagase who’s video from our previous October 1st in Vancouver at the art gallery went viral. (Please watch it you have not yet.) And also, Dr. Charles Hoffe, from Lytton, BC one of the first doctors who courageously came forward early on. And other notables will also speak.
We demand that all Canadian governments honour our civil rights by obeying the law. The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms is Law.
There will be four people reading in their mother tongue the first Nuremberg Code principle in their languages. The Nuremberg Trials were held in french, German, Russian and English.
Then the sunset ceremony will commence.

Attention: Brian Peckford, a comment on Dec. 9 and a question for you. Wonderful plan to hold a special time to honor the Nuremberg Code on Dec. 9th in Victoria. I treasure the Nuremberg Code and our promise to never again allow forced substances into the bodies of any person not authorizing it.
I have a question on strategy for addressing this subject in court and why the way in which the lawyers present it and I believe how successful they are respecting results has much to do with the level of awareness the lawyer had on covid 19, all treatments for covid 19, the injection safety and efficacy evidence and ALL of the information we have to date on this entire subject. For example, how the ‘vaccine’ definitions have been altered since 2012 from “blocking the disease” to 2015, “immunizing against the disease” to 2021,”protecting against the disease”. It is clear in my mind that evidence since the inception of their use demonstrates the extraordinarily high level of severe adverse events including deaths as injuries and deaths continue to rise showing these injections fail in their efficacy as well as their safety. And, no ‘vaccine’ nor drug that caused this much harm and death in Canadian history remained available for use or was pushed and ‘coerced’ into use before. Results like this would have resulted in immediate removal from use on humans! But this has not happened.
BRIAN, it is my understanding that under emergency use authorization, which was how this began, that the government of Canada can override us demanding we take the jabs provided they can prove that by forcing them on us, and people complying, that will STOP the emergency. No government thus far has been able to prove that these ‘vaccines’ they promote and mandate have STOPPED this EMERGENCY in Canada or anywhere else on the planet. For these reasons, therefore, should MANDATES not be considered illegal? I am given to understand that IF these injections STOP THE CRISIS, the way they are used must be IDENTICAL for all people applying all parts of the informed consent edit in the Nuremberg Code and this enforcement must be done in the LEAST RESTRICTIVE way.
I do not believe that any of the above is true as the evidence shows the contrary. Legally, would the fact that these experimental gene therapy injections moved from EUA to being fully authorized, change any of what I just wrote Brian?
I do believe that any lawyer who represents a person or persons in this subject so critical to the lives and well being of all Canadians must understand the true science and all of the information on these products before they represent a case to court.

There are at least two legal problems to deal with.
The Nuremburg Codes and the Genocide Convention.
Both apply to the current situation and both need to be enforced.
