The Government obviously did not have all arranged otherwise the Emergency Act would have been tabled in Parliament already—-it has to be tabled in both the House of Commons and thenSenate WITHIN SEVEN DAYS.
BUT THE ACT IS IN EFFECT NOW!
PARLIAMENT CAN CONFIRM OR REVOKE THE ACT BUT UNTIL THEN THE ACT IS IN EFFECT.
THERE IS INDICATION THAT A PROCLAMATION BY THE GOVERNMENT UNDER THE ACT HAS ASLO BEING ISSUED OUTLINING SPECIFIC POWERS THE GOVERNMENT IS USING UNDER THE ACT.
IN THAT PROCLAMATION THE CONDITIONS ARE OUTLINED IN WHAT COMES UNDER THESE POWERS AND IT IS INTERNATIONAL TRADE BEING THREATENED , INFRASTRUCTURE THREATENED AND ACTS OF VIOLENCE .
NONE OF THIS APPLIES TO OTTAWA AND THE TRUCKERS.
REPEAT : NONE OF THIS APPLIES TO THE OTTAWA TRUCKERS.
BUT THERE IS INDICATION THAT OTTAWA IS BEING INCLUDED!!!!

Does this insinuate Trudeau will slow-walk arranging and tabling it in the house and senate so he can get the full seven days to accrue maximum damage? And if so, where will he concentrate his energy to get maximum leverage? And why is this allowed for seven days without oversight? Surely there must be an oversight clause for such a situation as an out of control PM?

Is he trying also to back-law so he can charge the Windsor Bridge Blockaders as well as the Coutts and other blockaders? Create laws after the fact? Like the police giving a ticket to a person knowing the ticket will thrown out in court – but finding a way to arresting them so they have post bail under bail agreements. Then nail them if if they break those arrangements? Bogus first-in to the system – but get ’em once they are in. A real sick kind of twisting of the law to get the desired outcome by stitching up the individual? Create the narrative after the fact?

Thank-you for this article. Please keep us updated. It was both depressing and horrifying watching Trudeau trying to justify this draconian action in the House of Commons today. He is oblivious to the people of Canada and appears he is only interested in having ” his back”. At this point I doubt he is fit to be the leader of this Country.

He is trying to table and pass bills to eliminate freedom of speech. protest and thought in Canada. The censorship bills are on the table and complacent Canadians are letting this dirtbag carry on.
