Back in May 2021 Dr. Allen produced a paper entitled 

‘Covid Lockdown Cost/Benefits: A Critical Assessment of the Literature ‘ 

One of his conclusions then was :

‘In no reasonable scenario does lockdown pass a cost/benefit test; indeed, the most reasonable estimates suggest that lockdown is a great policy disaster.’  

Of course most Canadians never heard of this study because the authorities do not want you to see and read it because it will put a lie to what the Governments, the Judiciary, mainstream media , big tech , and academia have been saying and they will be responsible for some big, bad deeds. And even many freedom groups have not carried Dr. Allen’s work.  

He is back with a second paper through the Fraser Institute entitled ‘Why Did Jurisdictions Repeatedly Use Inefficient Lockdowns During The Covid Pandemic?

  1. Thank you for this. Interesting report, but I don’t buy the author’s excuse for the repeated lockdowns. Rather than some cover up scheme, a ‘doubling down’ so as not to admit error, I argue they were following the script practiced during the WEF’s Event 201. That plan specified lockdowns, masks, mass vaccination, and using targeted psychological tactics through a captured media with the goal of establishing a permanent surveillance digital passport scheme. Why am I seeing more of these kinds of essays and reports these days attempting to soften the blow that is obviously coming for government and health officials alike? Sounds like damage control to me.

    Here are my slides.
    There were two conversations – the vaxx-injured want the toxic-and-ineffective Covid-19 vaxxes stopped now; the drug companies and the FDA Committee seemed utterly deaf to those concerns.

    CHRONOLOGY:
    Studied Covid-19 full-time for 3 years since Jan2020.
    29Jan2020 – Cancelled my 4Feb flight to Thailand via China due to early news of Covid-19.
    Feb2020 – Identified the Covid-19 “pandemic” as a scam based on credible foreign data.
    20Mar2020 – Learned that our Alberta hospitals were EMPTY and decided to publish.
    21Mar2020 – Published that the Lockdowns were not justified and would be net harmful.
    4Oct2020 – World experts published identical conclusions in their Great Barrington Declaration.
    8Jan2021 – Advised my governments to NOT release the dangerous, toxic Covid-19 injections.

    WHY WAS THIS COVID-19 “PANDEMIC” A SCAM?
    Data showed the virus was only fatal to the very elderly and infirm – not younger people.
    No significant “Excess Deaths” in Alberta or Canada in the 12 months ending 1Jul2020.
    Hype was identical to the Climate (CAGW – Catastrophic Manmade Global Warming) scam.
    CAGW scam was proved false in 1990, 2008 & 2013 – CO2 changes lag temperature changes.
    The same “usual suspects“ promoted both the Climate and Covid scams and linked them.
    PCR tests & false positives; Ivermectin was banned; “Vaccines” caused the variants; etc.
    Both the Covid-19 Lockdowns and “Vaccines” were ineffective, hugely harmful and often fatal.

    NEXT STEPS NEEDED TO REPAIR THIS DISASTER:
    Stop ALL Covid-19 injections immediately; DO NO MORE HARM!
    Make available the best medical treatment to reduce harm to the vaxxed;
    Make inexpensive, voluntary, over-the-counter “Ivermectin Plus” packages widely available for treatment of the Covid illness and the vaxx-injured.
    Reinstate and compensate the un-vaxxed who were dismissed from their employment.
    Reinstate those who were persecuted because they spoke out against the Covid-19 fraud.

  4. For the record, I also disagree with Dr Allen’s interpretation – the Covid-19 lockdowns and vaccines were part of the WEF/WHO global scam.
    Alberta had a competent Emergency Response Plan written by Lt Col David Redman that was successfully used during previous emergencies and it was shelved in place of this destructive plan of Lockdowns and Vaccines, both of which were costly, ineffective and highly destructive.
    I correctly called the lockdown scam on 21Mar2020.
